Legal Policies

Refund & Billing Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Billing Cycle

Paid plans, domain registrations, SSL certificates and add-on services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. By providing a payment method you authorize Incolis to charge the applicable fees for each cycle until you cancel or downgrade.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions and domain registrations renew automatically at the end of each term to avoid service interruption. You can disable auto-renew at any time from your account dashboard before the renewal date.

3. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in the following cases:

4. Domain & SSL Exceptions

Domain registrations and SSL certificate issuances are treated as fulfilled digital services upon completion and are non-refundable once provisioned. Renewal fees are non-refundable.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing term already paid.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry and may suspend or downgrade the affected services until the balance is settled. You remain responsible for all amounts owed.

Domains & DNS Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Domain Registration

When you register a domain through Incolis, we act as a registrar or reseller. Domain availability is not guaranteed until the registration is fully processed and confirmed.

2. Ownership & Transfer

You are the registered owner of domains you purchase, subject to applicable registry rules. Transfers to another registrar may be subject to a 60-day lock after registration or previous transfer, and any outstanding balance must be cleared first.

3. DNS Management

For domains you register through Incolis, we manage the standard DNS records (A, www, mail, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on your behalf. For domains you bring from another provider, you are responsible for configuring DNS at that provider. Incorrect DNS configuration may result in downtime, mail delivery failure, or loss of service, for which Incolis is not liable.

4. Expiry & Redemption

Expired domains enter a redemption grace period during which recovery fees may apply. If not renewed, the domain may be released and registered by a third party. Incolis is not responsible for domains lost due to non-payment.

5. Acceptable Domain Use

Domains must not be used for phishing, trademark abuse, illegal content, or to impersonate other entities. We may suspend or cancel abusive domains without refund.

Business Email & SSL Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Email Provisioning

Business email is provided on a per-mailbox, per-storage basis (Starter 5GB / Pro 50GB plans). You are responsible for the content transmitted through your mailboxes and must comply with anti-spam laws.

2. Mailbox Use & Storage

Mailboxes must not be used to send unsolicited bulk mail, malware, or illegal content. We may suspend email service that harms deliverability for other users. Storage limits are enforced per plan.

3. DNS Email Records & Deliverability

To send and receive mail reliably, your domain must have valid MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records.

4. SSL Certificates

SSL certificates (including free Let's Encrypt certificates) are issued to domains you own or control. Certificates auto-renew when enabled; you are responsible for keeping domain control valid so renewal can succeed.

5. Certificate Revocation

We may revoke a certificate if the domain is no longer verified, if it was issued on false premises, or if required by a certificate authority or applicable law.
